Abalone Marbles is a digital adaptation of the Abalone board game. It offers single-player (vs computer), local multiplayer (vs friend via room code), and online multiplayer modes. The app includes a virtual economy (coins) used for in-game features only.
You may play as a guest or create a registered account. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Abalone Marbles uses a virtual currency ("Coins") that can be earned through gameplay, daily spins, and watching ads. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
In-app purchases (if available) are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items or currency at any time.

The Abalone board game concept is owned by its respective rights holders. The Abalone Marbles app, including its code, graphics, sounds, and UI design, is the property of Abdelrahman Nabil Mohamed.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The app may display advertisements served by third-party networks (such as Unity Ads or Google AdMob). These networks may use cookies and device identifiers to show relevant ads. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
Abalone Marbles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, virtual items, or coins resulting from technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abdelrahman Nabil Mohamed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Abalone Marbles. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
