Why can't I see my coins after winning?
Make sure your internet connection is stable. Coin rewards are applied server-side and may take a few seconds to appear. Restart the app if they don't show up within a minute.
My opponent disappeared during an online match — what happens?
If your opponent disconnects, they have 30 seconds to reconnect. If they don't, the match is awarded to you.
I lost progress after reinstalling the app.
Guest accounts store progress locally. Create a free account (Google, Apple, or email) to back up your coins, stats, and skins to the cloud permanently.
The Daily Spin says I already spun — but I didn't.
The spin resets at midnight (device local time). If your device clock changed or you crossed a timezone, this can trigger early. Contact us if it's a recurring issue.
Can I play offline?
vs. Bot mode works offline. Online Multiplayer and Private Rooms require an active internet connection.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us directly.
